I ordered a Milford Collection Gin Balloon with the siamese cat decoration as a replacement for one of a pair that I had accidentally cracked; urgently required to get out of the doghouse as the original glass was a gift to us from mother-in law! Seamless on-line transaction: ordered late afternoon on a Monday and it arrived Wednesday morning via Royal Mail. Very well packaged using recycled materials and personal touch evident on invoice.
