We want you to love your purchase! If you are not completely satisfied then we want to work with you to make it right. Email us at contact@thingsgowild.com with your order number and details of the problem and we will endeavour to resolve it.

Damages

If an item is lost, damaged in shipping, defective or incorrect in some way, then please contact us immediately, or at least within 48 hours of receipt, at contact@thingsgowild.com. Please include a photograph of any damage where appropriate. We can then discuss your preferred course of action, be it replacement or refund or exchange for example. For returns and exchanges will issue a pre-paid return shipping label which should be used prior to its expiry date stated on the label – approximately 7 days.

Returns

If a product is unwanted or there is any other reason you want to return it we offer a 14 day returns policy. All that we ask is that you please notify us of any issues within 7 days of receiving the item to receive your return authorization.

To facilitate a speedy refund or replacement, please include a copy of your receipt and state the reason for the return in the package. Return postage costs will not be reimbursed.

The buyer is responsible for safe return and shipping costs and may ship back the item using a carrier of choice. We ask that you return the item unused, in its original packaging and in a re-sellable condition – within 14 days of receipt. We recommend that you use a signed for service, via a reputable courier, such as Royal Mail for smaller items and Parcelforce for larger items, with adequate insurance to cover the value of the item. We do not accept any returns more than 14 days from shipping date.

Any products you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns for socks and underwear, unless faulty.

Once your return has been received, inspected and authorised, we will issue a refund or process an exchange. You will receive an e-mailed confirming your refund.

Cancellations

To cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been shipped, we will immediately refund your payment. If your order has been shipped, we will refund your payment as soon as we have received the item(s) back from you and processed them at our warehouse.

Exchanges

To exchange your purchase, simply contact Things Go Wild to place your new order and receive your return authorization number. Please note, customer is responsible for return shipping unless original item is defective or damaged in shipping.
